Have Faith!
Our beloved Prophet Mohammad (S) said that iman wears out in the hearts just as one's clothes wear out. Therefore, we must always be proactive in increasing it. To do this, we must continuously seek knowledge. Increasing knowledge leads to acknowledging Allah in every moment of one's life through taqwa, which leads to firm iman. To keep iman high, Muslims also need to be vigilant about the company they keep. The Prophet (S) said that keeping good company is like being in a perfume shop: you will walk out smelling like the perfume, even if you did not put any on.
Sending your child to an Islamic school has many benefits. It is a rare jewel if there is an Islamic environment where you can entrust your child for hours every day. This life is a test from Allah, whereas the true weighing of man and jinn is in the hereafter.
That is the eternal abode.
